ABOUT CYNTHIA

Hi, I'm Cynthia.

For more than 30 years, I've had the privilege of caring for people as a Registered Nurse. Throughout my career, I've walked alongside women during many seasons of life, celebrating victories, supporting them through challenges, and helping them navigate changes in their health.

Over the years, I began noticing a pattern.

I met countless women navigating perimenopause and menopause who were doing everything they had always been told to do—eating healthier, trying to exercise, and following the advice they'd relied on for years. Yet many still struggled with fatigue, weight changes, poor sleep, brain fog, and simply not feeling like themselves anymore.

What saddened me most was seeing women begin to believe there was nothing they could do.

They were often told,

"It's just part of getting older."

Some became discouraged.

Some stopped trying.

Some quietly accepted that feeling less energetic, less confident, and less healthy was simply their new normal.

I couldn't accept that.

Because I was experiencing many of those same changes myself.

When I entered my 40s, I realized that what had always worked for my health no longer worked the same way. Instead of accepting that this was simply what aging looked like, I became determined to understand the biological changes happening in my body and how nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and lifestyle all work together to support wellness during midlife.

That journey changed me.

It deepened not only my understanding as a nurse, but also my passion for helping women create lasting wellness through education, partnership, and practical lifestyle changes.

Today, through Empower Women's Wellness, I help women navigate this season with compassion, evidence-informed guidance, and personalized coaching—so they can rediscover their energy, regain their confidence, and fully enjoy the life they love.

Because I believe every woman deserves more than hearing,

"This is just part of aging."

I believe every woman deserves to feel hopeful again.

My Promise to You

When we work together, you'll never be expected to be perfect.
